2) At the appointment date & time, click the Appointment log in button. Type in your name. I will greet you online for a 45-minute session.

What to Expect
A trauma informed, safe and supportive space.
I provide therapy/counseling to Washington state residents.
I coach individuals residing in all other locations.
Length of Time
Crisis ~ several sessions in short succession.
Standard ~ once per week for approximately 3 months.
End Goal
Decrease pain, confusion & discomfort.
Increase coping, safety, self-awareness, independence & self-actualization.
HEALTH INSURANCE
You pay up front for sessions. I provide Washington State residents with a Super Bill. Submit to your insurance for possible partial or full reimbursement for an, “Out of Network” (OON) therapy provider.
Coaching is not reimbursable by health insurance in any state or location.
